Changes to an order submitted |
Shipping address change or any other changes to an order submitted can be made on the website board or by calling Customer Service. However, changes cannot be made to an order already under process or shipped. When making changes to shipping address or any part of order, order information can be viewed on Mypage of our website. When making changes to an order, it is safe to cancel the incorrect order and resubmit a new order. Any changes to an order by phone must be made on the same day of receipt of full payment. |

Import duties and Taxes
Import duties and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping charges and could be requested before or during the delivery.
In most cases, there is no taxes since we send products as a gift and mark the value as under $100. However, if it happens, these charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.
Some items may be delayed if held by customs for additional inspection. We will have no information on the items awaiting customs inspection. Once an item clears customs, it is handed over to your local mailing service for delivery. Delivery time depends on the product and the distance to its destination.
