Changes to an order submitted
Shipping address change or any other changes to an order submitted can be made on the website board or by calling Customer Service. However, changes cannot be made to an order already under process or shipped. When making changes to shipping address or any part of order, order information can be viewed on Mypage of our website. When making changes to an order, it is safe to cancel the incorrect order and resubmit a new order. Any changes to an order by phone must be made on the same day of receipt of full payment.
Refund & Exchange
Product weight
We only sell authentic products of Silver (silver 92.5%), 14K (gold 58.5%), 18K (gold 75%). All 14K/18K products have weight error of +or - 10% and extra charge or refund, respectively, can incur. (Products involving size changes due to same-day shipping excluded)
Exchanges
If you want to exchange due to wrong sizes, we recommend to visit your local jewelry store to fix them which makes much easier, faster and cheaper. You can also send the items back to us to fix them but the shipping cost will be charged. (additional cost may be charged if you need to size up over gold products)
Faulty products can be exchanged and shipping fee will be paid by RodeoGold. Custom-made products (couple rings, rings, initial engraved products, etc.) cannot be exchanged. Please make sure you have enough timeframe for exchanges before place your order. We are not responsible for issues raised by insufficient timeframe or urgent orders.
Returns
In case of faulty products, please contact RodeoGold Customer Service first. Then return the product using EMS (or DHL, Fedex).
Refunds
Please return any dissatisfied products due to defect, change of mind, or exchange only after speaking with a Gold Ring Customer Representative. Please provide us with account information, to which you would like to receive refund. (There is no refund for custom-made products due to change of mind.)
Change of order
Orders can be cancelled anytime before payment is made. For custom-made products, cancellation request must be made by 11 A.M (Korean time). next day following the payment of order. Due to special circumstances involving custom-made products, custom-made products cannot be cancelled once the order has been processed.
NOTE: Sometimes engraving(free service) can not be done due to technical problems and it is not considered a reason for exchange or refund.
